2023-2024

ACADEMIC

· Prepared all the documents for NAAC.

· University examination started from 08.11.2023 to 01.11.2023 for II UG, III UG & II PG students.

· 2018-2021 batch students received their degree certificate on 01.11.2023

· 2019-2022 batch students received their degree certificate on 08.11.2023

DEPARTMENT ACTIVITY

· Staff Meeting was conducted on 04.11.23, 17.11.23, 19.11.23 & 20.11.23.

· Result analysis prepared for CIA III.

· I UG & I PG students paid their exam fee through the University portal.

· e noted uploaded for I UG & I PG.

· Internal audit held on 30.11.2023.

· Workload has been allotted for the staffs.

· Students Voter ID details collected on 18.11.2023.

· I UG & I PG students ID card received from the office .

· One hour class test has been planed from 09.11.2023 to 23.11.2023 for I UG & I PG.

· ISO feedback posted by the students.

· Vidwan ID details has been collected and submitted.

· Staff members contributed some amount to the orphanage on 10.11.2023.

· I UG & I PG Students CIA I, II, III Internal marks submitted to the exam cell on 09.11.2023.

· I UG & I PG Students CIA I, II, III Internal marks entry has been completed on 10.11.2023.

· II UG & III UG Naan Muthalvan Microsoft Essential Attendance submitted on 03.11.2023.

· I UG & I PG Students UMIS NO details collected and submitted to the office on 03.11.2023.

STAFFS ACHIEVEMENT

· One staff participated in One week International FDP on “e^e” enrich & empower Math Skills from 03.11.2023 to 09.11.2023 held at Vaishnav College for Women (Autonomous), Chennai.

· All the staff members received their paper in the proceeding from Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore.

· CIA III examination started from 25.10.23 to 30.10.23 for all UG & II PG.

· CIA III examination started from 25.10.23 to 30.10.23 for I PG.

· Value Added exam held on 04.10.23.

DEPARTMENT ACTIVITY

· Staff Meeting was conducted on 05.10.23, 17.10.23, 19.10.23 & 20.10.23.

· Result analysis prepared for CIA II.

· I PG students paid their general fee through the University portal.

· Remedial test & assignment given for the failure students in CIA II Examination.

· CIA III internal mark entry completed for II UG, III UG, II PG.

· National Mathematics Day successfully organized on 12.10.2023.

· e noted uploaded for I UG & I PG.

· Instant exam registered for the students on 04.10.23.

· Revaluation result came on 05.10.23.

· Expected result has been prepared by all the staff members.

· II UG, III UG, I PG & II PG regular classes started for the sixth hour from 05.10.23.
